Program

There are many methods and ways to analyze your OTU count tables. A comprehensive data analysis requires a basic understanding of the different methods. Different instructors will present diverse subjects in a mix of lectures and exercises.

We are still working on the program, but we will cover the following subjects:

- First steps - Data exploration with Phyloseq
- What about positive and negativ controls?
- Data filtering / scaling / rarifying / normalisation (?)
- Diversity Partitioning - Cluster analysis / Ordination/ Multivariate Analysis
- Network analysis
- Random forests
